Radiator core body mounts

Changing body mounts on my 93 k1500.. on the road support mount. I ordered dorman mounts but also ordered the energy suspension mount kit and hardware. The dorman kit has the saucer type top metal plate where as the energy part is a shim... looked up in manual and it looks as if it has both? My bushings are shot soo no way of knowing by looking at mine

When I did front cab mounts I had to reuse that stock upper washer plate thing with the poly bushing. Too short without. Front and middle cab mounts on my EC are the same as the radiator bushings.

So Was it both the saucer type washer and the shim?
