??? Question On Stock 2000 Chrome Wheels Please???

So I picked up a nice set of chrome wheels off a 2000 Sierra Pick up and want to use them on my Tahoe for winter wheels and when I was cleaning them today I noticed the chrome on one of them is kinda bubbled out along the outer round edge????

Like the chrome is an insert of some sort??

So my question is, will this wheel be off balance and not roll right??

Before I start changing them, has anyone ever seen this on these wheels??

I will try and get somne pics up but not too swift on posting pics yet, but I'm going to try and learn.

Ok I did a little research and as I thought these rims have a chrome inlay or overlay, so my question is where can I get just one??

Only found complete sets of 4 in which I don't need all 4.
