I'd put 'em in the metal part of the door. A bunch of room for 'em in there. Gotta make sure that they clear the window when it's rolled down.

Need a minimum widtth of 2.5 cm, which I believe is about an inch.

Those are pretty cool. I wish they had a smaller one that just said GMC without the circle. It's kinda ricey the way it is right now.

Hmmm, might be able to mount them under the dash so that they shine on to footwell floor.

yeah I looked at the link I like them but think it would
be sweet as a footwell light.... you know open the door and light up the floorboard with a gmc logo. I may pull the trigger on a set just to see since they are only 20 bucks

I've seen a style like that. Red lettering. Just couldn't find 'em today.
The logo gets bigger as they get farther from the ground. On my black truck they'd be smaller than what the pic shows, 'cause it's a quite a bit lower than that car, but the lighting would be more intense.
