By swapping out the pulleys . A smaller pulley on the supercharger will make it spin faster. This will make more boost. And vise versa. Also the drive pulleys can be swapped.

I know how a blower works Kenny, but changing boost levels isn't tuning...at least, not how I understand tuning. Tuning is changing fuel and spark tables to compensate for different boost levels.

Are you talking about the tuner kit option? Because neither option on that link is legal in California.

Yes it is 1 is 50 state legal the other is a tuner kit that's not

Yo bar it or state reff to get it legal it has to be truck into truck you can't have truck motors in cars and vice versa
