obviously the 7.5 looks awesome but its hard to even see the difference in the two? what size tires did you downgrade too? i am looking to do one of the lift kits you have pictured which did you prefer? what were the costs after install and everything? and how hard is the 7.5 to install? i know the rc spindle lift is relatively simple but its hard to find info on the 7.5 fabtech... but either way your truck looks aweomse
There is actually a big diff between the two lifts, i went down to 285/70/17 i have put 6K in the suspension and tires between the two lift in this last year trying to get it to where i like it and I DONT~!!!!
The Fabcrap 7.5" lift is not hard to install, you need a welder and you have to trim the front lower crossmember to fit the drop bracket into no biggie. I think everything else was just bolt on... BUT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY DISCONTINUED THIS LIFT AND IM SURE ITS FOR A REASON>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
If you have to get lifted go with the RC spindles, FAWK that FABCRAP SHIAT!!!!!
I am stripping my truck and going down with it, its my DD and i like the way lowered trucks feel on the highway atleast the 2wd trucks.... Oh and i will buy a 4x for the trails and that i will lift
So the peeps that have Fabtech dont get but hurt this is my opinion and personnel experience thats all!
Right now the truck sits on the RC spindles and a 1" block in the rear, i didnt want to use blocks but had tooooooo much Cali to it!!!
another thing with the Fabcrap, they used a 5" lift block and alll i can say is HOLY AXLE WRAP!!!
Edit.......just found this if you want spindles and blocks on the cheap.
