My brother is planning on moving to the Phoenix area in a couple years, and my mom and dad are following him once my dad retires and my sister and myself and our families want to move too.

How come your wanting to move.

All my family is still in Chicago. I moved from there almost 15 yrs ago. After this winter we are all ready for some nice warm weather lol

What are some nice areas with houses under $75k?
