Alright Richard I found the problemo!!!
Went driving and it threw the code again so I drive to my local trusty mechanic scanned and said throttle position sensor!!!! Ya crazy

So he would press on the gas and let off and wouldn't show difference in voltage so I changed that out and my truck is back in action!!!!
