cam bearings could be worn is a possibility but from experience if ones not aligned right youll know. i run 10-30 brad penn oil religiously with the zinc additive built in. on a slight throttle tap it jumps just fine. oil pump was said to be replaced and i had a reciept shortly before i bought the truck, i never ventured to replace it when i went through the upper end. if a ports blocked it wont have oil in that bearing but have better pressure in the others
