I have heard there is a cable for it? If so my question is, Does it still ONLY run off the A & B terminal is all?

Nope, the 11 pin (OBDI) uses A&B for 160 Baud and A&M for 8192. The 16 pin (OBDII) uses pins 5&9Does it still ONLY run off the A & B terminal is all?
Ya ...us silly Canadians with our daytime running lights so that people can see you!!! Crazy stuff!! LolKeep in mind I have no idea what i'm talking about with ECM/PCM LOL.. But your in Canada? On on few fuse box area in some 88-89 I seen TWO different ECM fuses, one said Canada? Not used ? Again IDK..
EDIT.... My bad .... It said DRL not used fuse Canada.
