im gonna go against the general crowd and say tht i personally like it however that being said there is no good replacement for a good steel hood but in my opinion that doesnt look bad and would look pretty good glassed in however it just imo

If you painted it black it probably wouldnt look so out of place or so LARGE. I also have a steel 2" hood and love it. I got mine off Craigslist for $150.

Ive got a goodmark cowl hood on mine as well and have no issue

I think if the cowel were black it would look alot better, 3" is a little much but probably wouldnt look bad in black
