I just looked up a 1999 Tahoe on gmpartsgiant.com and it shows hub assembly 15997071 same as mine.Not sure-ac delco 515024 but what the actual gm number is I don't know. It should work tho. It also shows a 15991990, but I believe that is for 8 lug.
