I have a theory,that "doesn't fit" may actually apply to the abs sensor that comes with the set-everything else is the same.
It literally says for “95-99 K1500”. Or when you Google either one of those parts it always shows SP550307 as a cross referenced part, which is the current Timken number.

Note the numbers after part number. The small numbers tell “Bearing Flange has no threaded mounting holes” and When depleted use SP550307.
