No acceleration at beginning of drive

Say I want to cut an access panel in the bed, how easy is it to remove the plastic bed liner?

Hey guys. I am back on this topic. I am about ready to replace my fuel pump. Dumb of me to ask how to remove the bed liner as that took me 2 seconds to do :)

Question, I want to clean on & around the fuel pump before I take it off to prevent debris from falling into the tank. what is the best way to do this?

Air compressor to blow off debris; then use soap & water with brush (is this OK?); then use air compressor again?

Dealer cleaned throttle body & then tried replacing fuel filter to no avail. They said a new fuel pump may fix the issue; but not guaranteed. They said it is a fuel volume problem; not fuel pressure. They said it would be about $800 -$900 to do the fuel pump. I am thinking about doing it myself via cutting an access panel:

Replaced the fuel pump last night. It got rid of the god awful fuel pump whine from the old one. However, I still get almost no throttle response at the beginning of my drive. Any thoughts? Maybe a new truck lol.
