Next mods worth the money? How much hp?

Hey guys well I think I have planned out my next few mods. But do you think they would work well with eachother, or at all. And if so how much hp should I be looking at. I was thinking around 25hp but I may be a little high.

1. Underdrive pulley
2. Real Tb spacer / or 1/4" spacer with 14psi fuel regulator spring
3. eBay intake / or keep my flipped lid with k&n filter?

Or if I keep my stock flipped lid so I can sill fit under my stock hood

I have a 96 so I want to sell my pullies so I can get some for my truck. they are not underdrive but I bet there are still gains there since rotating mass is lessened. Plus they look **** and you can get them BRAND NEW from me for a great deal!

the only thing that might be worth anything is the pulley... decrease the size or switch to a lighter material. either way you won't see huge power gains. I'd personally not bother but if I did I'd get an aluminum pulley of a normal size.
As stated; tune.

#2 yes, get a cheap transdapt smooth bore TB spacer
#3 no, I guess keep the POS k&N and mod your stock air cleaner setup and don't flip the lid.
Take the baffle out of the fender, big silencer box, and take the heat flap and and cover the hole.
