Didn't even dawn on me that it might have a body lift. I haven't got to mess with truck much. Spent most of the time I had it in transmission shop and rest its been raining and cold, and truck doesn't fit in garage. But a body lift makes total sense. Wheel opening damage could be from when it was suspension lifted and then guy decided to add a body lift to correct that. I'll have to crawl under and check it out more. But I suspect you're right.

Another quick way to see I it has a body lift is look at the rear hitch if you have one. If they used the bumper brackets the hitch should have a gap between it and the bumper

Thanks. I finally figured it out. It's a 6" lift with 3" body lift.

Nice. It looks really clean. A few cheap mods to Taylor it to your style and I'd call it good to go
