Yeah I think it's stupid but she's 17 and doesnt have the money for another one so my dad's buddy is fixing it apparently

Maybe instead of the 5.3 I'll go old school with this...I've been browsing craigslist and came across this...I figure I can sell the trans for $3-400 and the engine runs so that'd be good. I can use the transmission money for a few goodies for it
