the gas tank was shaved so i had to unshave it. and so im flushing in a new billet gas tank cover.
ill shoot up some more pics tommorow

i decided to just go ahead and primer the whole truck.

so today i went to the shop and yanked out my gas tank.... and raised the gas tank in my truck... i figured id post some pics and go into detail alittle im sure someone could use the info...

i marked it to cut 1 1/2 out of the frame

i got lucky and had a cutting torch

i cut out one of the bed supports too so i could pick the back of the tank up alittle farther for more clearance

and you have to take the exsisting strap and drill a new hole

and on the front crossmember for the gas tank i raised it 1 inch buy drilling new holes 1 inch above the old holes....
