I'm working on building a 1991 ck 1500 2wd and I was wanting to throw in a 6 speed t-56 with the original 350 small block. Does anybody in w any years or certain cars that would be about the same length as a 4l60/4l60e that would bolt right up?

94-97 T-56 firebird is what you want to find and they are the same length as the 60E.

American Powertrain sells TKX and T56 swap kits for these trucks. Convenient but pricey though.
