If the wiring not there you really just need a hot source that has constant power. One that comes to mind is aux under the hood. Has a fuse and everything all you need is a bolt

The power seat motors draw a fair amount of current, especially when they hit the end of their track. You don't want to just grab some random 18 gauge wire from under the dash to power them. That's why I ran a separate hot circuit fused right off the battery, especially since the seat heaters draw even more current.
