I have a 95 chev 2500 with 5spd when going downhill tranny jumps out of gear what needs fixing thank you roy b

Usually popping out of gear is caused by worn synchros. What gear is it in when it does it? Does it pop out in all gears? Make sure the tranny fluid is full too, sometimes low fluid level can cause it.
