LS exhaust manifold repair bracket, can only find one side

I have rear exhaust manifold bolts broke on each side of my 6.0 LS motor. I can find Dorman 917-107 (and other manufacturers) for front right/rear left but I cannot find the opposite side anywhere online. I'm trying to order one of each as enticement to get my mechanic to try to replace the broken bolts. His boss will only let him attempt to extract and replace the broken bolts if I have the repair brackets "just in case". It's on my Express van and there is plenty of room to work on the back of the heads so I expect the bolts can be extracted but they're not willing to spend a lot of time on it. If anyone knows the part # for the mystery bracket please share it. Thanks in advance, this exhaust leak is driving me out of my MIND!
