Lowering my 94 c3500 2wd

Well I want to bring her down a bit. Thinking bout 3 to 4 inches. I see plenty for the 1/2 ton but not much for the 1 tons. Need help finding the better/best way to lower her with the least amount of headache. I know just by taking out the rear overload leaf will drop it almost an inch as that thing is thick as hell...lol.

But I want/need y'alls opinions. I know some of you have 1 tons that have done this already....

Rear flip kit with a notch and cut coils in the front or drop coils, new shocks in the front and extenders in the rear or drop shocks.

Summit has kits that work well. Can do the flip with the notch then lift shackles to bring it up if it is too low, hangers suuccckkkkk never would do them again if I could do it over.
