LOOK at the rocker arms. Are they worn at the valve-tip end? Rocker balls overheated blue? Rocker ball sockets galled? Pushrod cup damaged?
Ideally, you'd have kept each rocker ball with it's rocker, and each rocker in order front-to-back on the cylinder head.
You still need to inspect the valve springs, especially the ones where the lifters came apart. REALLY good chance they're broken.
