If you haven't done it, replace all the hoses on the tbi with fuel line / NEW vacuum hose. That little valve on your valve cover is a PCV. I really hope you bought a new one.

Yeah I knew it was a PCV valve, but mine still moves freely so I didn't bother replacing it.
