Is this normal?

Notice how the driver side cab mount locations (shown in red) have a cup at the forward mount (Top) and an additional plate on the rear mount (bottom). The passenger side mount locations (shown in blue) do not have the cup or the plate. Is this normal or am I missing parts?

Nothing unique, the pads are either same for both forward, and both aft pads. Or all four the same. That may have just been stamped just to aid in assembly of cabto frame.
