Intermittent driver's side headlight / turn signal

I have this crazy issue with all the lights on the front driver's side of the truck. sometimes, the headlight will go out when I hit a bump, or even just by itself. When this happens, the turn signal on the driver's side only will stop working, and the driver's side turn signal indicator will be stuck on. The indicator is only stuck on if the headlights or park lights are on, otherwise it is stuck off. is there a ground issue here or what? The high beams continue to work fine.

I have replaced the turn signal switch and wiper switch, but this problem continued.
