A buddy of mine sold me his 6.5l long block diesel, it has interior wire damage thanks to mice. I have a 5.7 of the same year (95) so I thought I could take the interior wire harness out of my gas and put it in my diesel. When I blew this past the 6.5s old owner he sayed it won't work because its no comparable. I agree on the exterior harness (under the hood) but all the wires internally don't effect the engine as far as I know.
Can I us the harness or do I need a new one?
