Going up hills at say 30% tps 2800 rpm the holley was running 40-45* advance at it and 10-11 AFR, sometimes 12-12.5, injector total fuel saying it was using 100 lbs/hr or so IIRC. I was thinking it should have been 36* with that much throttle and bring fueling back to 12.8-13.2 if I can.

What's your MAP under those conditions? With that little throttle, you should be running stoich.

I'll have to grab a laptop and do some logging after tweaking it. There is a big hole at startup where its 9.6 afr.

My dually didn't like running rich on a cold start. I recently discovered where it was being commanded to do so and killed that. My guess is it was that way for a 350 with an air pump. Mine is a 454 and no air pump, so it commands 14.7:1 now on a cold start. Yours should be 14.7:1 when not under WOT conditions for emissions, for economy you can go leaner than that.

I must have transferred learning to base after tweaking the base to be leaner, and missed it going way richer from learning still. That or I fat fingered the selection and changed a bunch of cells instead of one.
