I am missing the cover for the ignition switch on my 96 1500. Trying to turn her over with just the small key sucks but I can't seem to find on online. I know it's removable from the switch itself, maybe I'm just using the wrong term? Anyone have an aftermarket source or maybe an OEM part number?

Probably just have to boneyard one. Remove it carefully...if you haven't seen one removed, all that holds it on is a metal band around the plastic tabs. If you use like a door panel fastener removal tool you can gently pry around the edges of it to get it to come off. For whatever reason some come off fairly easily, others feel like you're gonna break em before they let go. Then it just snaps back on.
