Hey folks, Looking at replacing the igntion module and other componants on my 1992 k1500, Getting the 42 code and figured at 230k miles I would give everything a refresh. Question I have is when I am on the Parts sites they show a HEI and NON HEI module when it comes to genuine GM or AC delco?. In their pictures they look I identical. All the after market modules only show one THey don't look like the old school HEI I am used too?

How do you know which igntion you have if there is a difference. Going by VIN?
