Looks aftermarket to me. But you are correct, I like the way it tucks up around the rear fender. Rawhide has an aftermarket rear bumper (possibly dealer installed?) because the truck had the "rear bumper delete"option from the factory. But it's the aftermarket style that looks very similar to the factory bumper.
