I just wanted to update this. I’m pretty sure i’m An idiot and it was the heater hose fitting leaking. It was leaking at the base just enough to run down the back of the head and not be noticeable until it was dripping down the back of the head. That was a terrible lesson to learn in both time and money.

It no longer leaks. However, since I also did the front timing cover and timing chain i have some leaks at the bottom corners of the timing cover. Looks like I’ll be dropping the pan and installing a new one piece Fel-Pro pan gasket.

If it makes you feel any better last night I think I ID'd the oil leak on the Camaro as the oil pressure sending unit and not the rear main that I replaced last year and thought was leaking again. That or the oil cooler sandwich plate I just deleted.
