HVAC Door Housing Parts

The mode selector wasn't working on my new-to-me Suburban. I discovered the actuator tucked up into the dash and the bracket that it's supposed to be attached to AND the lever that the motor turns are broken. The GM part number for the bracket is 3091061. I can't seem to find a part number for the lever. Does anyone know if there's an aftermarket replacement for either of these or is there a shared part from the GMT800 trucks?

Also, if I end up going down the route of removing the dash and fixing other parts, is there a good source for new doors, seals, housings? All of these seem to be discontinued from GM.

The arms on the doors, and the slider levers are boneyard stuff.. pretty sure they're the same for all years of GMT400's. Practically no parts are shared at all between GMT400 and GMT800.
