i don't want to give up quite yet, i will be working out at the shop saturday morning and i can try hooking it up to the 98 gasser first

Ok well just let me know if ya want it or not. Maybe the unit is faulty too I didn't have it plugged in very long

there are a few complete consoles on evilbay with that full mode dic and even homelink, its so tempting to to buy a whole unit and try again and worse case have a bigger console for the crew cab and add homelink

I got a couple homelink panels too Damn me and my junkyard snoopin

just the homelink panel itself seems to be going for $14, i wish i had thought of that long ago

As far as the temp sensor goes will any sensor work with this dic? I figure i may as well hook it up if i'm gonna have it.
