This person on Etsy makes the HVAC delete panel with different configuration options. He custom made a dash panel for my 94 C1500 so that i could mount the 95-99 mirror adjustment switch into the dash. Very good to do business with and products are very high quality. I believe that he also has a store on Ebay.
