How hard is it to replace a L29 with a L18(8.1L 496)

I have a 8.1 in my 2002 3500 it's a big engine, you likely have to upgrade your front suspension, I would think ,it would be fairly more heavier.

I looked over part numbers for a 454 SS up front. Swapped the Tahoe with the 454SS front springs when I rebuilt the front suspension. Mine has dual alternators and dual batteries. Its a good bit heavier with the 8.1 and 4L80E than the factory Tahoe with the 350/4L60E.
