Try this,get a set of welding tip cleaners
They are dirt cheap and very usefull.
If you play guitar as badly as I do, save a couple of broken strings.
Guitar string wire is actually pretty amazing stuff.
Clean the nozzle of crud but dont ream it out.
The groove that runs to each side of the hole defines the spray pattern.
It is the same function as the spray tip on a pressure washer.
The washer pump is already wimpus.
If you ream it open and the pump is weak.
You just get lower window pee below the blades.
So just to cut this short. You may have a weak pump.
You may have entirely corroded sprayer nozzles.
It sounds like you have done as much cleaning as you can.
Disconnect the sprayer tube and plug it with a cut off golf tee and look for leaks.
Any leak makes it weak.
I live in Seattle,
in the winter it is pitch dark and monsoon raining at 4:30 in the afternoon.
wiper blades and squirters and blade arms and the advanteges of each type are hotly debated.
Not to mention the ongoing Rainex controversy.
So we all sit at the bar and argue about it and clean our glasses with the corner of our tee shirts and wonder why our never polished our aligned headlights dont line up with our sideways fuckong eyeballs
