Fix it?

If the relay isn't clicking when the headlights are turned on and off #6 on the above pic is your issue. Put in one of your old light bulbs and see if you have power to the factory headlight plug.

What do you mean? It seems as if the relay harness isn't doing its jobs when it is plugged up neither light up. When I plug hid straight into ballast on the driver side it works

What I'm thinking is #6 connection isn't getting power. That's where your factory headlight plug connects. Can you put in a regular bulb again and see if it lights up?

The regular bulb does light up. Replacing the battery terminals which were worn out and corroded fixed it.....the negative was in awful condition
