We had been trying to get it to hit with starring fluid, but no luck. We are gonna look at the timing chain today and see if that's the issue.Vortec's need over 60 psi of fuel pressure to start properly. Have you tried to poor a little gas in the throttle body. If that doesn't work, did the timing chain jump time ? Put the crank pulley on TDC ( on the compression stroke) then pull the distributor cap and see if the rotor is pointing to number one plug wire.
