Hmm, that click is usually a bad starter, or a lack of power. Now I'm going to call it as a lack of power.

Do you have a meter where you can check the voltage going to the starter solenoid?

If you have 1 lead to the big terminal (wire goes to battery positive) and other lead to ground, you should be getting whatever voltage your battery is, 12.something.

Also check voltage going to small terminal on solenoid (probably purple wire) with 1 lead to this and 1 to ground, you should get voltage when someone turns key to start.

Be careful not to touch both terminals of solenoid while under there or you'll make some nice sparks and probably get a little scare. I found all this easier with starter off and connecting to ends of wire instead of solenoid terminals.
