help..start up issue.

now i have been struggling with this for awhile, i bought a new starter and still have the same issue! anyone have a idea what it can be..has the same issue when i put my dads battery so i'm lost
the knocking noise is the ac don't mind it lol

I guess there isnt really a relay for it but purple starter wire should drop out of the harness and go to the starter solenoid (on the starter). The solenoid is the relay, pretty much.

When you changed the starter, did you change the solenoid as well? Or just the starter itself?
