Hey folks.. I just picked up a '90 over the weekend with 78,000 Miles and showroom clean.
I have a bunch of other GMT 400 trucks ('88 SC Stepside, '89 SC Stepside, '98 K1500 EX cab Stepside, 2000 Crew L29454 SB) but I need help- I've looked everywhere- This ones VIN checks out, my dealer ran it and it's a genuine 454 SS (bone stock except for an alarm, tonneau, exhaust and rollpan) but my speedo only goes to 100 MPH and 140 KPH.
The dealer said that Canadian ones in the first half year in 90 didn't have the 110 speedo - is this right? The truck still smells new inside and is in showroom shape, no exaggeration - anyone else know if this is the case?
Ive been a long time lurker but an pretty sure someone here would know...

Canadian trucks did not get 110 speedo, and no Canadian trucks came with 454ss mirrors, all had painted 88-94 mirrors.
