Heater issues

My fan settings work untill the theird setting. when i turn it to the highest setting it quits working. Any ideas? ive already swapped out the resistor on the HAVC box. its a 1997

Sound's like either the fan motor itself could be dying or the in dash ac/heat control panel, I have seen both die several times!

now that you mentioned that i do hear a click sound when i turn it from the third to the fourth setting
