and... a fuggin stripped lug nut... great...damnit :mad: This is why I don't let other people work on my truck. It wasn't me. I put on the other 3 wheels and another kid in my autotech class put this one on... with an impact... I guess until it stopped spinning I dunno. This'll be fun

I did that once. ONCE! And stripped a lug nut on one of my wheels spacers. I'm just glad it didn't strip the stud! Since then I hand tighten them first, then put the impact to work to make sure they're nice and tight.

5'11" 250ish and I hand tighten then use a torque wrench.

I think I'm going to do tune up/front end parts next
-lower balljoints
- front brakes
- coil spring insulators (they're squeaking)
- fix lug nut/stud
- spark plugs
- plug wires
- cap and rotor
etc...
