Nah, the K3500 came SRW and DRW options. If I'm not mistaken, the K2500s had an 8600 lb GVWR and the K3500 SRWs had a 9200 lb GVWR.I always thought the 3500 are double rear wheel?
Is it a modification?
I would love a turbo haha! I looked at installing a Wynjammer Centrifgual Supercharger, but that kind of money I want to put towards a gooseneck trailer or building up the MUCH lighter, more nimble 1982 Chevy K10 shortwide I'm about to buy.Need boost at that elevation, turbo or supercharger, or just add the nitrous. Nobody would complain you are bottle sucking as you pass their stopped vehicles and offer a ride.
You nailed it! My K3500 has been a huge money pit but I can't get rid of it. I'd probably ditch my Impala before the K3500 if I didn't spend so much time driving between Colorado, Wyoming, and Texas. You know why. You're an addict, just like the rest of us!
