It's official!! We are dry once again. WOOT!!!
For anyone who finds this thread via search the solution to my issue was actually two issues. I had to have the rear quarter windows reseals and "siliconed" the bolt holes for the roof rack. Each situation will be different so I'd definitely check the roof rack out first (since that's the cheapest fix) before jumping to the windows unless you know with 100% certainty that your windows are leaking. In my case, both were leaking cuz that's how I role LOL
I want to thank everyone on this thread who helped out. Your input was invaluable and I appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge with me. Now I can move to the rest of my build and getting this interior refreshed.
