gear ratio questions

I'm thinking 285s with 4.10 would make a good match at least that what figured out on one of those calculators a while back. I compared it to my truck, also 3.42 gears running 29" tires

3.73s with my 285/75/r16 and I've gotten 19-20 mpg in cruise at 100-110 km/h
97 ext cab shortbox, 5.7/4l60e

I have a 97 Yukon with 33s and 3.73 gears and the engine kinda lugs at about 1600 rpm in OD at 60 mph. I get about 18 mpg on the hwy, 12.5 mpg average hwy/city.
