So I arched the battery and lost all power to my truck. Pretty sure it's a fusable link. But I'm not sure what one it is. I have an 89 c2500.

Yup. Find out where the power stops, and you've found the problem.

Don't forget to clean the battery terminals, and the connectors on the cables that attach to the battery. Hard, black corrosion is at least as harmful to current flow as the usual green/fuzzy corrosion.
