fuel tank vent valves dryrotted

HELP me please are these vent valves removable or do i have no choice to attempt to seal them up i saw some after market one but they werent exactly the same so im not sure if i can use them. im leaking fuel like crazy when ever i fill up alot and i cant find any tanks in the local junk yards. if it matters this is a 1997 chevy tahoe 5.7 4x4 k1500 4door. thank you for your time.

never mind i believe i found it i think you were one digit off they do look a little different though do you think it would be fine i dont want too destroy the current one to find out that this new one doesnt fit
