Not in the one's I've got left. They're single switch bezels.

So does the fog lamp switch remove from that bezel? I ask because, does that then mean if I find a 2 open hole bezel I could use your fog switch and my cargo lamp switch?

Yes, the switch can be removed from the bezel. If you find a bezel with the middle and bottom holes open, you can run the fog light and cargo light switches. If you find one with the top and middle open you'll have to modify it a bit for the fog light switch to fit.
